Gwyneth Paltrow and Tracee Ellis Ross Shop at Target to Celebrate Their Beauty Lines
The shopping buddies you never knew you needed...
Just like you and your besties, Gwyneth Paltrow and Tracee Ellis Ross love to stroll the aisles of Target.
The duo recently celebrated both of their lines — Paltrow’s good.clean.goop and Ross’ Pattern Beauty — hitting the mass retailer’s shelves.
In a joint post shared on Thursday, June 6, which has since been taken down, the ladies take over Target to pick up some of their favorite products, all while answering fan questions.
“@gwynethpaltrow and @traceeellisross take @targetstyle! “ the caption reads. “From matching bestie sets to terracotta pots and blow dryers to moisturizers, their haul truly has it al. Find @patternbeauty at Ulta Beauty at Target, and pick up some @goodcleangoop on your next Target run.”

When the duo hits the beauty aisle, they call out some of their favorite products from their brands.
Ross shares that Pattern Beauty, the hair care line she launched in 2019, was born out of her “not seeing the products that I wanted out in the world.” For Paltrow, she recommends the Pattern Blow Dryer and Pattern Hydration Shampoo.
Ross launched her hair dryer in 2023, telling PEOPLE at the time, "Like all of us, I have a relationship with heat that started off as not a good one for my curl pattern, whether it was the physical pain of heat or the emotional pain of losing my curl pattern."
Good.clean.goop, an accessible offshoot of Paltrow’s luxury wellness brand Goop, is a "holistic approach to clean beauty," according to the Oscar winner. She gives Ross the Nutrient-Rich Daily Moisturizer and Naked Elixir Body Oil to try out.
"The idea for good.clean.goop has been kicking around the goop headquarters for a decade,” Paltrow told PEOPLE at the brand's launch. “We originally started with the goop beauty line, and over time, we just felt more and more passionate about creating clean, efficacious products at a more accessible price and for a broader audience."
"They call it masstige in the industry," she added "I love that word, between mass and prestige. We set out to create this, and it's been so much fun.”
They finish off by selecting some snacks for a charcuterie board, the perfect end to any Target trip.
