Victoria Beckham Releases 'My Dad Had a Rolls-Royce' T-Shirt in Response to Husband David's Trolling
The shirt, which references a now-viral scene in Netflix “Beckham” docuseries, retails for $150
Victoria Beckham is rollin’ out some new merch.
On Friday, the pop star turned designer, 49, released a white crewneck T-shirt printed with the slogan “My dad had a Rolls-Royce,” inspired by the banter between her and husband David Beckham featured in the hugely popular Netflix docuseries Beckham .
The phrase specifically references Victoria’s confessional, in which she claims she and David, 48, come from “very working class families” — only for David to interrupt and playfully demand she tell the truth about her upbringing.
“Be honest. What car did your dad drive you to school in?” David asks in the clip. Victoria dances around the answer before confessing her dad drove a Rolls-Royce in the ‘80s.
The scene went viral on social media as it showed a relatable side of the high-profile power couple.

Victoria promoted her new shirt — which retails for $150 on the label’s website — on Instagram and TikTok, where she asked her followers how they got to school.
“I can’t fight it anymore, yes my dad drove me to school in a Rolls Royce! 😂 Kisses @David Beckham,” she captioned her TikTok video.

Victoria has been the target of David’s lighthearted trolling before.
Earlier this month, David jokingly poked fun at his spouse for being exhausted from their morning routine, posting a photo of her stretched out on the floor, laying on her back next to a treadmill.
“Not that my wife’s dramatic or anything but this is what happened this morning,” he wrote. The athlete also added an eye roll emoji and a GIF with the rotating sentence, “i wanna nap.”
At the end of the day though, there’s plenty of love between the couple, who've been married since 1999 and share four kids: sons Brooklyn, Romeo and Cruz and daughter Harper.

The whole family attended the October Beckham premiere in style, cementing their status as one of the most close-knit and fashion-forward families in Hollywood.
Like the adorable mother-daughter duo they are, Victoria and Harper showed up to the carpet in glamorous looks — a sleek white suit and a pink floor-length dress respectively. Meanwhile, the boys and their dad rocked menswear looks styled to their own tastes.
Brooklyn’s wife, Nicola Peltz, and Romeo’s girlfriend Mia Regan also posed on the red carpet.
