Vera Wang Paired a Dramatic Blunt Bob With the Tiniest Bra Top at the 2025 BAFTAs

Much like her namesake brand of clothing, Vera Wang will always deliver an interesting look. The 2025 BAFTAs were no exception, as the esteemed fashion designer walked the carpet in an outfit that the internet can't stop buzzing about, and for good reason.

Wang attended the annual event on February 16 while also shaking up her signature look. The 75-year-old, who's known for her long dark brown hair, debuted a dramatic blunt bob that was parted down the middle and had a high shine finish.

It wasn't just the designer's hair that turned heads at the event. She wowed in a black structured, underwire bra top that perfectly matched her sculptural black peplum skirt that flowed into floor-grazing silk fabric. She accessorized the sleek coordinating look with an oversized leather jacket and oversized black sunglasses.

The new bob marks Wang's second hair change in February. Earlier this month, Wang was seen sporting long, light brown hair worn straight and parted down the middle, which she carried over from 2024. But for the Nominees' Party for the EE BAFTA Film Awards 2025 on February 15, Wang debuted a brand new color—an icy, platinum blonde with a subtle root shadow.

Wang later reflected on the event and her daring outfit via Instagram. "WHEN IT'S LITERALLY 30 degrees fahrenheit...OUTERWEAR is a REQUIREMENT! So...a HEAVY LEATHER MOMENT!" she captioned a set of photos of her on the red carpet. In another post, Wang wrote, "So thrilled to be celebrating the BAFTAS yet again this year and for all the extraordinary talents in film and television, not just in BRITAIN, but around the world."
