8 chefs reveal their go-to vegetarian restaurants
Vegetarian cuisine has come a long way over the years.
No longer does a boring salad come to mind when one thinks about vegetarian food, but rather funky, colourful and fun creations like fish tacos, haloumi burgers and sweet potato fries drizzled with yoghurt.
Luckily, Australia and New Zealand's hospitality scenes have been embracing the meat-free revolution with open arms.
More and more restaurants are including delicious veggie options on their menus and some have even changed their entire menu.
