A vegan customer is claiming her local Domino’s branch deliberately ‘sabotaged’ her meal by hiding pieces of chicken and sausage inside it.

JayJay Palmer took to the shop’s Facebook page to leave the damning review, after a ‘vegan-option’ pizza dinner allegedly turned into a horror meat-lover’s surprise.

The 26-year-old said the shop had ‘hidden’ the meat under different ingredients, despite her husband making her dietary requirements clear.

“Me and my partner made an order and made it very clear I’m vegan,” the British mum wrote.

“When the pizza was delivered It had bits of chicken sliced and hidden UNDER THE DOUGH with sauce on the top to try and hide.”

The mum went on to claim the shop ‘hid’ small pieces of sausage under the mushroom, and smashed up her vegan-friendly nachos into crumbs while they were at it.

Furthermore, she claims that she found out after she made a complaint that the base itself wasn’t vegan as she was initially led to believe.

The bizarre accusations would seem to suggest some kind of unspecified vendetta, but Domino’s has dismissed claims that this was anything more than a misunderstanding as ‘nonsense’.

A spokesperson told Fabulous Digital: “When Ms. Palmer made her complaint we immediately apologised for this genuine mistake and offered Ms. Palmer a full refund which she refused.

“It’s absolute nonsense to suggest this was ‘deliberate’.”

Despite this, JayJay argued in her post that the chain clearly didn’t take her complaint seriously, and she felt compelled to warn other would-be victims.

“Because they clearly don’t see it as a serious complaint I thought I’d warn you all to not order from them or be vigilant as they hid the meat,” she wrote.

“Absolutely disgusted.”

The young mum isn’t giving up on holding the alleged meat saboteur accountable, warning: “I’m in touch with the vegan society and am taking advice on how to take this further”.

The vegan community is no stranger to controversy, as earlier this week a well-known vegan influencer was busted eating fish.
