UFC fighter's air fryer tip for succulent lamb rack: 'Perfection'

You might not think a UFC fighter is the type of person to knock up a perfectly cooked lamb rack in the kitchen.
But, thanks to his air fryer and a bit of seasoning, that's exactly what Aussie UFC Featherweight Champion Alex Volkanovski has been doing.
The fighter has gained a huge following on TikTok for his 'Cooking with Volk' series, and his latest instalment has fans drooling over his tasty lamb rack.
First, he drizzles some olive oil on a lamb rack, then mixes salt, oregano, lemon pepper and black pepper together.
He then sprinkles the mixture on the lamb and pops the lamb in the air fryer at 180 degrees for 15 minutes.
It comes out looking a perfect golden brown.
Volk's extra tip is to wrap it in aluminium foil afterwards for 15 minutes before cutting it.
"Nailed it," raved one fan.
"Perfection," said another.
