Ty Masterpool Inks Deal with Monster Energy/Pro Circuit Kawasaki for 2025

Last night, news broke that Texas' Ty Masterpool has signed with Monster Energy/Pro Circuit Kawasaki for the 2025 SuperMotocross World Championship series.

Masterpool started as a fill-in rider for the team just the day before the opening round of the AMA Pro Motocross Championship this summer. He rallied his first overall victory at the High Point National and two overall podiums throughout the summer to finish fifth overall in the 250MX Championship.

Ty sits 11th in the 250SMX standings leading into the final two rounds.

"Ty Masterpool will join the @pcraceteam for the 2025 @supermotocross season. With his proven talent and competitive edge, Masterpool will continue his summer momentum with #TeamGreen and aim for new heights this upcoming year." Kawasaki

“What’s up guys? Ty Masterpool here. Really hyped to be making this announcement, I'll be signed with Pro Circuit. Unfortunately, we [only] got like a minute or so to talk. But yeah, all the ups and downs it took to get here was crazy. All the adversity…was never really on factory bikes as an amateur. Won about seven Loretta Lynn’s titles and then won both of them on my 125 and went straight to pro and I got rookie of the year. Then second year I broke my leg and unfortunately, with only a couple of days on the bike, I raced RedBud and almost won it. And then I went full privateer after that for three to four years. And yeah, all the tests that put me through and all that, but just, I always believed in the team I had around me and in God's timing and hard work pays off. All the stories we have through that, I mean, like almost getting a podium at RedBud with a full private bike, almost completely stock, no graphics on the bike. [Laughs] And after trying in the 250 class for a couple of years, I had to go to the 450 class because we couldn't afford the 250s,
it was just too much money. So, I went full privateer 450. Yeah, just persevered through all the adversity, I can go on and all that but running out of time. Yeah, biggest thing, just very grateful. God is good and really looking forward to these next couple of years. Big thank you to Mitch and the whole Pro Circuit team. Grateful. And yeah, thank you guys.” - Ty Masterpool via Instagram video.
