Twist for Harry and Meghan's children following Queen's death
Despite Prince Harry and his wife Meghan Markle stepping down from royal duties and being stripped of their royal titles, their children can have the titles of prince and princess in the wake of the Queen's death.
The Duke and Duchess of Sussex no longer used their HRH titles after moving to the US and stepping down as senior working royals in 2020.
However, due to Archie and Lilibet being the children of a sovereign, they are entitled to their own HRH titles under current rules that were set out by King George V in 1917.
It is understood King Charles can change those rules by issuing a Letters Patent amending the children of their rights to the prince and princess titles.
The children will continue to keep their titles unless King Charles changes the rules, despite whether Prince Harry and Meghan want them to or not.

It comes after Meghan told Oprah Winfrey in a bombshell interview Archie had not been given the title of prince title because of his race, according to Metro.
However, Archie, who was born in 2019, was never in line for the throne as he was too far down the succession, with him born seventh in line.
It comes after Harry had been vocal about the burdens of having the title of prince and previously stated his time in the army was "the best escape I've ever had".
Harry misses final goodbye
Despite rushing to the Queen's side after she was put under medical supervision, Prince Harry did not make it in time to say goodbye and was one of the last royals to arrive.
On the Today show, royal commentator Dickie Arbiter said it was "extraordinary" that Harry didn’t travel earlier with other members of the family, including his brother Prince William.
“King Charles III and Queen Camilla are really just down the road at Birchall, which is his Scottish home,” Dickie said.
“[Charles] would have rushed there pretty quickly as the Queen went under medical supervision.”
William arrived with Prince Andrew, Prince Edward and Sophie, Countess of Wessex, after taking a flight to Aberdeen airport.
The royal commentator added that it was "very sad" that Harry allegedly arrived after the death of Her Majesty.
However, It’s unlikely that Prince Harry could have arrived early enough to say goodbye, as it appears that his brother, uncles and aunt also didn’t make it in time.
