Trevor Lawrence's 2 Siblings: All About His Artist Brother Chase and Athlete Sister Olivia
Trevor Lawrence and his two siblings, Chase and Olivia, grew up in Georgia
Jacksonville Jaguars quarterback Trevor Lawrence has a special bond with his siblings — older brother Chase and younger sister Olivia.
The first time that Chase got behind the wheel after getting his driver's license was to take Trevor to the hospital to see their baby sister. Family members have also reported that the NFL star is proud of Chase and protective of Olivia.
Trevor's mother, Amanda, once worried that her sons’ almost five-year age difference would hinder their relationship. But along the way, the free-spirited artist and the talented athlete realized they were more alike than they realized.
“The main difference is just vocation,” Chase told ESPN in 2021. “Other than that, we are very similar — same sense of humor, same goofiness, same personality overall. He's pretty creative, too, artistic even, and we're both problem solvers and we're both seekers."
Their mom now describes them as “closer than they've ever been.”
Trevor and Olivia were on hand when Chase graduated from Kennesaw State University in 2017. The siblings also showed up to cheer on Trevor as his Clemson Tigers defeated the Alabama Crimson Tide in the 2019 National Championship Game.
Here's everything to know about Trevor Lawrence's relationship with his siblings, Chase and Olivia.
Their parents were athletes
Amanda and Jeremy Lawrence were both successful high school athletes, so it's no surprise that they wanted their kids to get involved in sports. Trevor garnered attention for his football skills early. Amanda and Jeremy also signed Chase up for T-ball and basketball, but the competition was at odds with his laid-back personality.
“I was a wild child; Trevor was the one who was always good at sports,” Chase told The Athletic in 2021. “We knew he was going to get a full ride somewhere for something since he was in middle school. My whole family loves sports so much, but at the time, I couldn't have cared less.”
Chase eloped in 2020
Chase met his wife, Brooke, while pursuing art studies at Kennesaw State University in Georgia.
The couple eloped in 2020 with only their immediate family in attendance and Trevor as his brother’s best man. They later held a larger affair in 2021 in the same lakefront backyard as the original wedding.
The pair are not just life partners but also professional collaborators. According to Chase, the two artists operate as one unit, trading positions on the canvas, and they have developed an aesthetic that draws inspiration from Dutch Renaissance painters.
Trevor is his brother’s muse
Trevor and Chase are best friends, so the star quarterback put up little resistance when his brother asked him to model for one of his art pieces.
Chase and Brooke had been commissioned to create a series of life-size oil paintings and planned a dark, religious theme. Trevor wore a monk’s robe and posed with a skull for what would become “Golgotha (Hill of the Skull).”
The trio teamed up for another project when Trevor announced a deal with trading card company Topps to create a 50-card box set. The 20 cards produced by Chase and Brooke drew inspiration from graphic novels, comic books and the '60s and '70s.
“Chase and Brooke are extremely talented artists, and it's special to collaborate with them on these custom designs,” Trevor said in the announcement, per ABC News.
Chase was Trevor’s best man
Trevor and his wife, Marissa, met as children but began dating in junior high school.
The sweethearts married in April 2021 in Bluffton, South Carolina. Chase had the honor of being Trevor's best man and delivered what attendees described as a “sweet and profound” speech.
Three years after the nuptials, Chase and Olivia both have even more to celebrate — their new status as uncle and aunt. Trevor and Marissa revealed in June 2024 that they were expecting a baby, and the following month, they announced that the new addition to the Lawrence family is a little girl.
Olivia is a volleyball player
Chase may not have the family’s passion for sports, but Olivia is keeping up the Lawrence athletic tradition. The teen attends middle school in Georgia and is a member of a junior volleyball program led by a staff of all-star coaches.
Chase and Olivia are supportive of Trevor
Trevor’s siblings are often in attendance for his biggest moments.
Olivia joined her parents when the Jacksonville Jaguars made history by playing back-to-back games in London in 2023. Olivia was also in attendance with Chase for the Heisman Trophy ceremony in January 2021.
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the event was held remotely inside the Clemson football meeting room. Trevor finished second behind Alabama's DeVonta Smith, but the Lawrence family was still the center of attention on social media thanks to Chase’s attire.
He sported a tan suit, a plunging dark green floral shirt and a pair of necklaces. To top it all off, he styled his hair in a man bun and wore a cream-colored flower pin on the left collar of his jacket. The stylish ensemble drew a lot of chatter on X (formerly Twitter.)
“I was like, ‘Yeah — all I did was get dressed,’ ” Chase told The Athletic in 2021 when asked about the unexpected attention.
Chase encourages Trevor to block out the noise
With his high-profile position as quarterback of an NFL team, Trevor has faced his fair share of criticism.
He caused quite a stir among pundits and fans before the draft in 2021 when he told Sports Illustrated that there was more to life than football. As many questioned the star athlete’s motivation, his brother talked about the importance of developing thick skin and ignoring detractors.
“We just don't care what other people think,” Chase told ESPN in 2021. “I've just never given a crap about stuff like that. I'm not going to sacrifice my happiness and all the great things I can do with my life because I'm worried what someone else thinks.”
