A newbie to the sandwich cookies quickly reacted to the news, saying they were “something I didn’t know I needed." But those who've previously tried them know exactly what they're in for. A TJ's shopper mentioned that “they go down like water,” and another added that they "eat a box of these a week” as part of a holiday tradition.

One new fan posted about the gingerbread cookies on a Reddit thread, declaring they have just the right level of ginger and a soft, moist texture, with the bonus of a little crunch from the sparkling sugar on top.
