“Is everyone having a good time?” Morgan asked the audience, who largely cheered, adding, “Well, I’m not!”
“I’ve been disrespected!” he continued. “Lorne Michaels, you have disrespected me b*tch!”
The camera panned over to Michaels as he laughed at Morgan’s joke.
“It’s a night of great music, and nobody asked me to sing — nobody!” Morgan said. “Dis-res-pect!”
Morgan took advantage of the microphone and took the opportunity to honor the audience with his voice.

“I don’t care what Lorne Michaels thinks,” a defiant Morgan said, adding, “He’s going to be dead in a week.”
Morgan clarified, “It’s true! I went to the Hamptons a while back, and Lorne said, ‘I’m only going to stay alive until the 50th [season] and then I’m going to kick the bucket.'”

The comedian said he asked Michaels to sing at the 50th anniversary to express his love, to which Michaels said, “I don’t even know you!”
Morgan mentioned that Michaels then asked him to “go park Tina [Fey]’s car,” adding, “That’s disrespect! He thought I was Tina’s driver, which is ridiculous because everyone knows Tina likes her drivers young and Dominican.”
After delighting the audience with a song, Morgan introduced The B-52’s.
