Tim Walz Was Asked To Say Something Nice About Donald Trump, And The Internet Is Loving His Answer

Tim Walz has been making his presence known on the campaign trail, and recently found himself sitting down for an interview with the ladies of The View.

During the interview, co-host Sara Haines was presenting the governor with rapid-fire topics to get his response. One of them was, "My advice to J.D. Vance is?"

Walz responded, "Just go in and order the chocolate doughnut and don't add anything else."

Then Haines went on to the next topic. "My first thought about Arnold Palmer is?"

Walz didn't take the joking route that time and said, "I'm passing on that one," as the other co-hosts and crowd laughed.

Then, Haines said, "One nice thing about Donald Trump is?"

"He will not be president again," Walz said as the crowd cheered.

After a few more questions, the ladies gifted him a new flannel shirt, the midwestern man's signature clothing item, and sent him on his way.

Social media adored the governor's response to the Trump question. This person said, "Tim Walz is sharp and delivering zingers. Gotta love his authenticity unlike Vance."
