Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce Could Be Hitting a Major Relationship Milestone Soon
First comes the South American PDA, and then comes the meeting of the parents.
Call it a modern-day fairy tale: from a failed meet-cute at the Eras Tour to being one of the most talked-about couples of 2023 (if not ever), Taylor Swift and her NFL beau Travis Kelce are going from PDA — whether it's in Kansas City or Argentina — and heading straight to the meet-the-parents phase of their romance. While Swift was seen with Kelce's mother Donna early in their relationship, Entertainment Tonight reports that this coming Monday, Swift's parents Scott and Andrea Swift, are set to mingle with Kelce's mother and father.
It's a family reunion in more ways than one, ET notes. The game pits the Philadelphia Eagles against the Kansas City Chiefs, which means Travis will face off against his brother, Jason. The outlet also notes that Scott is a lifelong Eagles fan, though he was seen with a Chiefs lanyard recently.
"Got him over to the good side, baby," Travis said on his New Heights podcast. "Just one by one, getting all the good ones to come on over."
"What are we doing, Scott?" Jason replied. "You're gonna let this man's devilish good looks and relationship with your daughter sway you from a lifetime of fandom, Scott? Ridiculous."
Travis explained how it all went down: "I might have persuaded him at dinner the night before. When I met him."

Donna recently spoke to People about her experience with seeing Swif'ts Eras Tour movie, aptly titled Taylor Swift: The Eras Tour, saying, "I did see it, and I did like it. It was awesome," and adding that she sees Swift as "extremely, extremely talented."
Ed also spoke about his time with Taylor, telling ET, "She's very down to earth, very genuine. She doesn't put on airs or anything like that ... The 'girl next door' is an overused term, but she really is."
