Taylor Swift Secretly Tipped Staff Backstage at the 2025 Grammys

Taylor Swift's generosity knows no bounds. Though the Swift was seen thoroughly enjoying herself at the 2025 Grammys on February 2, the pop star took some quiet time backstage and away from the lights and cameras to show gratitude towards the staffers that made the evening possible.
In a video taken from the event, the 35-year-old was spotted walking with her team down a sparse hallway with four staff members. After walking past the staffers, Swift turned back to them and handed each of them a tip. "We appreciate you so much," she told the staffers.

This isn't the first time that Swift has gone viral for tipping at stadiums. In January 2024, she tipped a ticket taker that was working at Highmark Stadium for the Chiefs vs. Buffalo Bills game a $100 bill for their hard work.

“She’s a sweetie pie. Very down to earth,” employee Jerris Rainey told 7 News Buffalo at the time. “I just wanted to just see her, and she you know she stopped, and she asked me if I worked at the stadium,” Rainey added. “I said yes, and she asked if she could give me a tip. She gave me $100 and then she asked if I wanted to take a picture with her and I said yes.”

The "Fortnight" singer's generosity also extends to her charitable efforts. Following the wildfires in Los Angeles, Swift revealed that she donated to 11 charities to with the efforts to rebuild after the natural disaster.
"The fires in California have devastated so many families, and it's been heartbreaking to see the stories unfold. So much suffering, loss, and destruction," the pop star wrote on her Instagram Stories in January. "As many people embark on some of the most challenging times of their lives, there are also many amazing organizations and groups banding together to help these communities rebuild. If you feel compelled or able to donate, please do."
