Taylor Swift and Brittany Mahomes Reunite with Hugs on the Field After Chiefs Clinch Spot in Super Bowl

Brittany Mahomes and Taylor Swift have reunited — just in time for their football player beaus to secure a spot to the Super Bowl!

Swift, 35, and Brittany, 29, were all smiles on Sunday, Jan. 26 as they were seen together at the game cheering for their partners, Kansas City Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce and quarterback Patrick Mahomes, in their AFC Championship game against Josh Allen and the Buffalo Bills.

The supportive friend duo were spotted at Kansas City's Arrowhead Stadium hugging it out after the Chiefs' secured a narrow 32-29 victory over the Buffalo team to clinch a spot in the Super Bowl, marking the first time they have showcased their friendship — which they first struck up in 2023 — since last fall.

The pop superstar and Kansas City Current co-owner embraced on the field while watching their NFL star partners soak up their milestone victory with a visibly excited Swift squeezing the smiling mom of three tightly.

At one point, the friends also celebrated alongside Travis' mom, Donna Kelce. The trio could be seen cheering together, with Swift standing in between the two Chiefs franchise fixtures and putting her arms around them.

The sweet victory marks the first time that Brittany (who just welcomed her third baby with longtime love Patrick, 29) has shared a public hug with Swift since last fall. Before an October 2024 Chiefs game, the duo showcased their friendship when Brittany exuberantly ran up to the pop star and nearly leapt into her arms, a clip from the pre-game scene shows.

Prior to that sweet moment, they spent time together at the US Open in September 2024, shutting down rumors of a friendship rift at the time by embracing in the stands. The stars have, however, been spotted cheering on the Chiefs together since, most recently at at the team's Christmas day game, where they posed for a festive photo together.

In past years, the duo have spent time together outside of Arrowhead Stadium suites, including a girls’ night out in New York City, during which Swift and Brittany were spotted holding hands at Bond St restaurant while spending quality time with some of the singer's other pals: Selena Gomez, Sophie Turner, Gigi Hadid and Cara Delevingne.

Brittany, Swift, along with BFF duo Travis and Patrick, also made their fair share of group memories together in 2024, including their memorable US Open hangout, which made headlines not only because Brittany and Swift shut down rift rumors, but also some adorable moments Swift shared with Kelce, 35 — including their viral sing-along to “I Believe in a Thing Called Love."

When the couples shared a suite at the star-studded tennis tournament on Sept. 8, Swift was also seen snapping photos of her high school sweetheart pals, and a few days later, Brittany seemingly posted one of those pics.

“My Honey Deuce🤍," she posted on Instagram alongside two images of herself and Patrick.

Brittany and Patrick were also in attendance last month when Kelce threw a surprise party for Swift to mark the end of her record-breaking Eras Tour.

All of the guests dressed up in themed outfits from on of Swift's 11 different "Eras," or albums. Brittany shared pictures on Wednesday, Dec. 18 featuring her wearing a shimmering silver fringe dress reminiscent of Swift's Fearless era. Patrick, meanwhile, donned a suit just like the ensembles worn in the "I Can Do It With a Broken Heart" costume change skit.
