Tandoori Chicken Kebabs

500g chicken thigh fillets, cut into 3cm cubes
1 tablespoon tandoori paste
1/2 cup plain yoghurt
1 clove garlic, crushed
Method
Method
1. Thread chicken onto 8 soaked bamboo skewers and place in a non-metallic dish. Mix tandoori paste, yoghurt and garlic and brush over chicken. Cover and refrigerate for 10 min, longer if time permits.
2. Grill kebabs for 4-5 min each side. Serve with steamed rice, extra yoghurt and lime wedges.
