The Stars Went For Gold at the Prelude to the 2024 Olympic Games

All eyes are on Paris ahead of the 2024 Olympics Opening Ceremony on Friday — and the stars are already going for gold.

Celebrities and Olympians alike gathered at the Fondation Louis Vuitton for the Prelude to the Olympic Games — a big, star-studded party in celebration of the Olympics — which is put on by none other than LVMH and Anna Wintour with co-hosts Pharrell Williams, Charlize Theron, Serena Williams, Rosalía and Omar Sy. Athletes showed up in impeccable off-court style: Ashlyn Harris sported a glimmering structured pantsuit equipped with statement shoulder pads, Naomi Osaka wore a flowing baby blue button-down with a high-low black skirt and LeBron James paired a checkered navy jacket with matching trousers. As for the Hollywood set, Gen Z cultural icon Emma Chamberlain channeled Parisian simplicity with a black-and-white set, Sophia Bush breathed more life into the bubble skirt trend and Rosalía stunned in a sheer, lace-y floor-length gown.
