Franklin Barbecue—the highly lauded Austin, Texas, restaurant from the pitmaster Aaron Franklin and his wife, Stacy—has partnered with the gourmet food-delivery website Goldbelly to ship out packs of its mouthwatering food. The current meal has enough brisket, sausage, and barbecue sauce to feed eight to 10 people, for $310.

Back in late 2020, in response to the pandemic and its closing of restaurants throughout the United States, Franklin Barbecue first began offering its brisket for delivery. Given that the restaurant normally sees hours-long lines, the at-home version of Franklin’s cooking quickly sold out. While the new option is slightly more expensive than the original $249 price tag, you’re also getting more food, with the addition of five sausage links (either regular or the jalapeno cheddar variety).

Alongside the pound of sausage, Franklin Barbecue is giving its fans a whole five-pound brisket and a 15-ounce bottle of its Texas Original BBQ Sauce, with the ability to buy more of the condiment as well. The whole feast will arrive on your doorstep chilled, and the meal will last up to 10 days in the fridge or three months in the freezer. When you’re ready to cook it up, there are instructions for reheating the brisket in the oven, on the stove top, or in an immersion circulator. The sausages, meanwhile, can be warmed on the stove top or the grill.

The chance to try some of the best barbecue in the nation wherever you’re located is certainly a treat, but if you’re looking for an even more luxe way to partake in the Franklin Barbecue experience, we’ve got you covered: Robb Report’s The Vault just launched with its inaugural items, including a private barbecue dinner for 12 cooked by Franklin himself in Austin.

That, of course, is a one-of-one experience that only a handful of people will get to enjoy. The Goldbelly delivery is helping to bring Franklin’s cooking to the masses—just be warned that the soonest delivery date isn’t until July 16. Good food, though, is worth the wait. Especially when you get to enjoy it in the comfort of your own home.
