Season 19 of Sister Wives has followed Meri, 53, achieving an official "release" from her spiritual marriage to Kody from their church. However, in the exclusive clip, she pointed out that she had been "basically everything in my life alone" for years.
"I've been very independent," she said. "I've been very confident in what I've been doing, you know. And it's something I've had to kind of grow into."
Buying an old family home and turning it into a bed and breakfast has "really been a big part" of this journey, she explained.
In the clip, Meri's friends revealed a renovated workout and work area in the bed and breakfast, Lizzie's Heritage, located in Parowan, Utah. The attic space included mats with a workout bench, weights and more.
"It's my space that I'm going to go in and just, whether it's working or working out or just being me, it's just mine," she said. "It's all mine."

Later, Meri checked out a different renovated room with a new table.
"If they don't want you at their table, make your own," she boldly declared before turning to the two friends who helped with the renovations and said, "Come join me at my table, my friends."
Meri continued in a confessional: "I don't have to be somewhere where I'm not wanted. I'm going to have my own table. The people who want to be with me will be in my life, and I am so happy about the life that I'm creating and the table I have."
