Former NFL tight end and media personality Shannon Sharpe accidentally shared something, erm, intimate through his Instagram on Wednesday, and he addressed it on his Nightcap show later in the evening.

Sharpe's Instagram Live popped up with a very suspicious video, and he basically admitted to accidentally streaming a video of him having an intimate moment.

Sharpe's Instagram earlier in the day posted that he was the victim of a hack, but his follow-up revealed it was just a big mistake.

"I'm disappointed in myself," Sharpe told his Nightcap audience about the snafu, which went viral on social media as soon as it was accidentally shared.
