No one could have predicted the end of House of Villains season 2 ... not even the winner.

After the finale ended in another tie vote (just like season 1!) between Love & Hip Hop star Safaree and The Challenge alum Wes Bergmann, the power of casting the tiebreaker vote fell to zero-vote finalist/Big Brother vet Jessie Godderz. After previously going back on a handshake deal with Wes, Jessie offered another handshake deal to him: If Wes got down on his knees and begged for the win, Jessie promised to vote for him. So Wes did it ... and then Jessie voted for Safaree to win.

"That's the last thing I would've expected to happen," Safaree tells Entertainment Weekly. "I still can't believe it, honestly. It was just the way everything happened, the way it ended, it was just very unexpected."

But there was more that happened after the last vote that wasn't shown in the finale, including a major meltdown from Safaree after he won. "When Jessie shook my hand, I didn't just walk over to the chair," he says. "I went off on the people who didn't vote for me. I was like, 'F--- you, f--- you, f--- you. Don't tell me congratulations after this s---, either. I don't want to have nothing to do with none of y'all.' I was so mad at New York. I just erupted after that."

Below, Safaree breaks down that shocking end to the season, why he won over the season's most villainous player, and more.

ENTERTAINMENT WEEKLY: Who shocked you the most with their final vote?

SAFAREE: The most shocking vote was New York. I was so mad, oh my goodness. I know if it had came down to it, of course, I had New York's back the whole time so of all people I was the most shocked about New York.

Did she warn you at all before she voted for Wes to win?

No. She was a villain. She lied to my face. She was like, "Safaree, I got your back." That's what made it even worse. Oh my God, I can't believe her. I feel like she did that so it could just be more villainous.

So you had no idea she had a secret alliance with Wes the entire season?

I had no idea. Even when she said it there, it still didn't register to me, so I didn't realize it until I started watching the show. I saw her at the premiere, but she was like, "Trust me Safaree. You got to trust me." I was like, "No, I don't."

What's your relationship with her like now?

We're good now. I hit her up here and there and just say, "Hey, how you doing? Hope all is well." Just extending the olive branches.

Did anyone else's vote surprise you?

Larissa surprised me. I knew Rich was going to vote for him. I knew Victoria [was going to vote for him], but it's funny now because when Victoria did her vote, she was like, "I hope I don't look back and see Wes talking bad about me." And then they cut straight to it. That was amazing.

If it had been anyone other than Jessie breaking the tie, do you think Wes could have won?

I didn't even think about that. Of course, it could have definitely went a whole 'nother way. Honestly, the way it ended, I didn't even really have much of a reaction because I was just in so much shock. I really thought Jessie was going to maybe give it to him. I did not think he was going to do that.

You thought he was going to stick to his word and vote for Wes after making him beg for it?

When he said, "Get on your knees and say sorry, and it's yours," I believed him. So I don't know. That was a way to end the whole supervillain thing because I believed him. I thought he was really going to do it. So when Wes took the chance and went like that, I was like, "I guess he's going to get it."

But then Jessie voted for you anyways.

What were you thinking when you saw it? I would love to know. I want to know what other people think who weren't there.

I was shouting at my screen to Wes, "Don't get on your knees and beg! There's no way Jessie's going to vote for you to win."

That's what I'm saying! But then it is so messed up because I'm looking at the other people in the stronghold, and they're all like, "Wes, do it." And I'm like, "Y'all dumb." Listen. I ain't going on my knees for nobody except God. That was just a crazy moment. And it's there forever.

What went through your mind immediately after Jessie voted for you to win?

I couldn't believe it. That is probably going down as my most memorable moment in television history. I know the producers were so happy with just everything about it because it was so exciting to watch that. You're like, "There's no way this is really happening. This has to be produced." And this all just naturally happened, even with Jessie and Wes falling out the way they did. Throughout the whole thing it was me, Wes, and Jessie, and everybody felt like, "These three are running the house. We've got to try to figure something out." And then we ended up in the end. It was dope to see in the beginning, we said, "Let's get each other to the finals," and that's exactly what happened.

That worked out better for you than it did for them.

Yeah, man, I'll take it. I still can't believe it. I'm not going to lie, I didn't go there like, "I want to win," or "I'm going to win." I just wanted to make an amazing television show. But then after a while, I don't know why, I just started thinking to myself, "I might actually win or I could win, and I'm not even really trying to." Even at the end when we had to walk around and talk to everyone and say, "Can I get your vote? Am I going to get your vote?" That's not even in my personality. I could not subject myself to doing such fakery, to just being such a fake person and going up to someone and pretending to be nice because I want your vote. No, I couldn't do that.

Do you think you were actually the biggest villain this season, or did you win because you made friendships and were loyal to your alliance (which technically is a hero trait)?

The alliance me and Jessie had, it wasn't really shown, but in the beginning we met and we had a connection and we shook on it, so we had something very strong going through the whole thing. And I feel like that definitely played to my advantage because I really was not in there thinking of strategy and paying attention to what would work. I just was being myself. And I remember Wes came up to me at the end and said, "You played a great social game." I understand it could be called that, but Wes is really a gamer looking at it from a gaming standpoint. I just was being myself and I'm just a social person. So I could see how he saw it like that.

Wes explained all of the villainous things he did in the game to get to the end, but half of the cast thought that was "cheating." What did you think about that?

I ain't going to lie, I don't know. He's saying that's part of the game, but that's a dirty part of the game. That is sneaky. It could be deemed as cheating or it could be deemed as being just a downright dirty ass player. But it definitely got him through the whole game. It was kind of funny to me that his character didn't really change until the end when he started to express himself and how he felt about certain things and what was going on, and I'm like, "Now Wes is coming out."

It's wild that people on a show called House of Villains thought he was too villainous.

It did feel like cheating though. Rich said something like this has been going on in this game for over 20 years so it's a part of the game, but that does kind of feel like cheating. At the same time, people should have still took the chance. When we did the bomb thing, I started taking all my bombs and I put it on Wes' platform because I just felt like he's not doing anything and he's getting away with everything. I got put up for banishment. I was getting put on the Hit List multiple times. They were trying to get me out the house so many times. And I would say I was the least of the threats in the house. I was probably one of the most under the radar like, "I'm going to have fun and let's make a great memory." And I feel like being a good person paid off at the end.

You say that you weren't the biggest threat in the house, but you won the whole thing! So technically you were the biggest threat in the house.

Low key sneakily. I like to be low key stealth.
