Sabrina Carpenter wants to set the record straight about her live shows.

The 25-year-old pop star, who kicked off her Short n' Sweet tour late last month, is the latest artist facing lip syncing accusations.

Recently, a TikTok user commented on another person's post inquiring about their concert experience and whether Carpenter actually sings live, per Pop Base.

The user replied with some up-close footage from the concert with the caption, "Hate to say it but 30% lip singing 30% backing track 40% singing."

Carpenter wasted no time responding to the rumor.

"I sing live at every show 100%," the "Espresso" singer wrote. "Would you like to speak to my audio engineers?"

The user then responded and took Carpenter up on her offer: "I would and tell them to lower the backtrack voice as it's way too high."

The Girl Meets World alum is no stranger to speaking her mind.

In light of New York City Mayor Eric Adams' indictment, which allegedly involved an entanglement with Brooklyn priest Jamie Gigantiello who was demoted at the Annunciation of the Blessed Virgin Mary Church in November 2023 after Carpenter filmed a risqué music video at the church for her song "Feather," the "Nonsense" hitmaker dipped her toe into the discourse during her Sunday, Sept. 29 concert in New York City.

"What should we talk about... how I got the mayor indicted?" she quipped from the Madison Square Garden stage.

While unconfirmed if the pop star is directly linked to the bombshell indictment, Carpenter did ruffle feathers with the church after shooting a horror-inspired visual which featured the Tall Girl star going on a killing spree in the monsignor's Williamsburg church (Carpenter has said her team had permission to film).

However, defense attorney Arthur Aidala told the New York Post  that Gigantiello “is not the target of any federal, state or city investigation.”

Adams pleaded not guilty in court on Sept. 27 on counts of conspiring to commit wire fraud, federal program bribery, receiving campaign contributions by foreign nationals, bribery, wire fraud, and soliciting a contribution by a foreign national.
