Rumer Willis offered fans some candid advice for pushing through health "struggles," as the actress knows firsthand just how hard life can be when your kid is sick.

In a clip uploaded to Instagram on Sunday, Jan. 28, the eldest daughter of Demi Moore and Bruce Willis opened up about the health-related issues she and her daughter Louetta have had to overcome in recent weeks, with baby Lou even coughing in the background of the clip.

"This year has already been a bit of a doozy health wise, Lou and I have struggled through two viruses 🦠 just in this month," she revealed in the caption. "And what I realize the universe was telling me was to slow down and focus on nourishing my immune system and my body."

"Remembering to do that is not always easy," she continued, "so finding ways that I can squeak it in with even the smallest [amount] of time is what I look for."

The 35-year-old didn't go too much into detail about her or her daughter's experiences fighting off not one, but two viruses—one of which she said was a "really bad flu"—but she explained how much of a "challenge" it was to care for an under-the-weather little one while also being sick, going on to share how she recovered from the illnesses in hopes that her strategy could help other new moms.

"I have been using [Cymbiotika's] lipospheric vitamins for a while," she admitted, noting, "They are so easy to take and I can bring them in my purse or diaper bag so even if I forget in the morning I can take it on the go."

"Another big thing as a new mom my adrenals can get taxed very quickly from breastfeeding and running around chasing after Lou all day, plus I have always had high anxiety and stress," Rumer explained. "So I recently started taking [an] adrenal tonic to help keep me nourished."

"The elderberry I use everyday for immune system maintenance and the activated charcoal is great for bloating, upset stomach and detox," she said before including a very important disclaimer: "(just check with your Dr or Midwife before taking if you are still breastfeeding)."

Rumer also shared that she takes Vitamin C and Glutathione supplements "every day," but could not include them in the video because her "family hijacked my stash over the holidays."

Here's to hoping both Rumer and baby Lou feel better soon!
