Across the country, college students are heading back to campuses to kick off a new school year.

Ahead of the fall term at the University of Alabama, there's some important business to tend to before classes begin. Bama's newest students have arrived and are ready to show how they can give it their all during Bama Rush — a tradition so fascinating it spawned an eponymous documentary that debuted on Max in May 2023.

Since taking TikTok by storm in the summer of 2021, #RushTok has faithfully tuned in every year to see potential new members (PNMs) navigate the recruitment process in hopes of pledging to the sorority of their choice.

As Bama Rush 2024 takes place from Aug. 10 to Aug 18, TikTokers fascinated with the process are keeping glued to their For You Pages — many for the fourth year in a row — to see how the tradition gone viral unfolds.
