Roger Clemens Gloats Over Trump Victory With Snide Warning To Democrats

Baseball great Roger Clemens hurled a high hard one at Americans who threatened to flee the country if Donald Trump won the election.

“Who ever said ‘I’m leaving America if Trump wins’… don’t let the door hit you in the ass on the way out,” Clemens wrote Wednesday after Trump’s resounding victory over Vice President Kamala Harris.

Turns out there were plenty of disappointed voters who at least pondered relocating.

“Moving to Canada” and “immigrate to Canada” search terms surged by more than 5,000% as the former president’s return to the White House became more likely on election night, according to a report.

The former Yankees and Red Sox pitcher, who won 354 games and seven Cy Young awards but has been denied the Hall of Fame because of steroid allegations, had his tweet shared by former football quarterback Brett Favre.

Clemens also hailed Trump’s win as “massive for our great country!”

The president-elect also got support in jock circles from current NFL star Nick Bosa, who wore his MAGA hat on TV before the election and was asked to talk about it after Trump’s win.

“I don’t think my position on speaking about it is going to change, so clearly the nation spoke,” the 49ers defensive end said.

As for the stunt in which he interrupted a teammate’s interview after a game to point to his MAGA cap, Bosa added, “well worth it.”
