Riley Keough Swings in the Air at Paris Fashion Show While Covering a Music Icon's Hit Song

Fans are calling Riley Keough a "goddess" for her unexpected and extravagant performance at a Paris fashion show this week.

The Daisy Jones & the Six actress closed out the Chanel Womenswear Spring/Summer 2025 show during Paris Fashion Week on Monday, Sept. 30, where she stunned attendees with a literally moving performance.

While covering Prince's hit song "When Doves Cry," Keough glided through the air on a swing in a birdcage, giving off an ethereal essence as the rest of the models walked underneath her.

The 35-year-old star also did a lap around the birdcage set before sitting on the swing, showing off her Chanel 'fit, which featured a sparkling black jumpsuit and a sheer cape that flowed behind her.

A video of the performance was shared to Instagram by Vogue, prompting followers to flock to the comment section to commend Keough's stunning performance.

"She has suchhh a calming energy," one user wrote about the Under the Bridge star, adding, "This is beautiful."

"She's a goddess," another person gushed, while others called her an "angel."

"branding on point," someone else added of Keough's surprise performance, as she is known for being a longtime enthusiast for the French fashion house.

After the show, Keough spoke to Elle about the performance, which was a rendition of a classic 1991 Chanel ad starring Vanessa Paradis swinging from a trapeze inside a birdcage.

"Why would I say no to that kind of thing?" Keough told the outlet, while admitting that she was only asked to perform just days before the event.

After flying from Memphis to Los Angeles, Keough recorded her own version of the Prince hit, before traveling to Europe and having only 48 hours to rehearse.

But Keough, the granddaughter of late icon Elvis Presley, clearly has professional performing skills in her genes, as the show went off without a hitch.

Keough later told Elle it was an "honor" to be part of the whole performance.
