Royal Fab Four 'rift is getting so bad'

Just when we all thought the royal ‘feud’ was over, one expert has claimed it’s just getting worse.

Royal commentator Lizzie Cundy has now claimed that the tension between Prince Harry, Prince William, Meghan Markle and Kate Middleton has become so petty, that they’re knocking heads over Instagram likes.

“Let me tell you, the rift is getting so bad that apparently, Meghan has called in a sort of social media expert,” Lizzie said during an appearance on The Morning Show.

“This is because Meghan is quite unhappy that Kate and Will have more followers than she and Harry

“It is getting mad because Meghan and Harry are 700,000 followers down.”

The @sussexroyal Instagram account has 8.7 million followers, while the @kensingtonroyal account has 9.3 million followers.

The news comes on the same day that Prince Harry and Meghan Markle officially parted ways with their joint charity with Prince William and Kate Middleton, the Royal Foundation.

And according to royal commentator, Duncan Larcombe, it’s all because the Sussexes have no interest in being ‘controlled’ by Prince William.

“It does seem odd. Why separate when you are both backing the same causes? Whether this is a sign of a rift, this is certainly a sign of a division,” he told The Sun.

“It is clear that Meghan and Harry were initially prepared to slot in under the wing of William and Kate but that’s not how they feel a year on.”

It’s not the first time the Sussexes have tried to break free from the Cambridges, as just after it was announced in March that they would split their royal households, it was also revealed that Harry and Meghan’s whole communications team would be based out of Buckingham Palace instead of Kensington Palace.

Many saw this as a clear sign that the Sussexes had no interest in continuing their career as the ‘Fab Four’, but considering they’re family and are going to be pictured together on numerous royal occasions, there’s really no escaping it.
