Red One, Carry-On Dominate Nielsen Streaming Top 10; Black Doves Tops Originals
A pair of Christmas movies topped Nielsen’s overall U.S. streaming ranking for the week of Dec. 9.
Prime Video’s 123-minute Red One landed at No. 1 on the overall chart with 2.1 billion minutes viewed. It was followed by Netflix’s 117-minute Carry-On, which had nearly 1.7 billion minutes viewed.

The Netflix series Black Doves placed third on the overall chart (with a billion minutes viewed across six episodes), followed by the 130-minute It Ends With Us on Netflix (977 million minutes viewed).

For a second straight week, the aforementioned Black Doves topped Nielsen’s U.S. ranking of streaming originals, followed by Netflix’s No Good Deed (883 million minutes viewed/eight episodes), Paramount+’s Landman (826 million minutes/six available episodes), Netflix’s The Madness (560 million minutes/eight episodes) and Netflix’s The Ultimatum: Marry or Move On (552 million minutes/28 episodes).
Rounding out the Top 10 originals for the week of Dec. 9 were Paramount+’s Lioness, Jamie Foxx’s Netflix special, Netflix’s La Palma , Netflix’s A Man on the Inside and the sitcom A.P. Bio (on Netflix and Peacock).
