Rachael Kirkconnell is setting the record straight. By which we mean she hopped into the comments to shut down a tipster claiming to have seen her with Matt James following their split. The anon source had written into DeuxMoi with “Just left my apartment in kips bay and walked past matt james and rachael kirkconnell.” Meanwhile, Rachael responded “Hmm wasn’t me lol.”
As a reminder, Matt announced his and Rachael's breakup earlier this month (via prayer), writing "Father God, give Rachael and I strength to mend our broken hearts. Give us a peace about this decision to end our relationship that transcends worldly understanding. Shower our friends and family with kindness and love to comfort us. And remind us that our Joy comes from you, Lord 💔"
Meanwhile, a source told The Sun that Rachael (who appears to be in Aspen with her sister at the moment) was "blindsided" by his post. "Rachael is being pretty quiet right now but I know she was blindsided by Matt's post," they said. "She didn't know he was going to do that and definitely wouldn't have approved of it if she did. And she thinks it's just as weird as everyone else does, she’s humiliated that's how the news came out.”
Oh, and according to this source, Rachael is “the one who pulled the plug, full stop,” while Matt “knows what he did."
