After a string of resignations during their time living at Kensington Palace, Prince Harry and Meghan Markle are now taking no chances when it comes to hiring new staff.

The 37-year-old Duchess and 34-year-old Duke of Sussex have reportedly asked baby Archie’s new nanny to sign an ‘extensive’ non-disclosure agreement.

It’ll no doubt include everything from how the Sussexes run their home, to information about their personal lives and details on how Archie is being brought up.

“I've heard from very reliable sources that the new nanny who has been appointed by the Sussexes has had to sign quite an extensive non-disclosure agreement,” a source told Entertainment Tonight.

However, while the Sussexes will have some help during the week, it’s being claimed that the unknown nanny will only work Monday to Friday, meaning Meghan and Harry want to spend as much time with their bub as they can over the weekend.

It’s also believed that the nanny won’t be on call for night shifts, with maternal Meghan doing all the night feeds herself.

Meghan to ‘fill her home’ with nannies

Harry and Meghan’s latest hiring comes after the duchess’ half-sister, Samantha Markle, claimed in April that Meghan would ‘definitely’ hire at least one nanny, and will most likely ‘fill up’ her home with several.

In an interview for the documentary, Meghan and Harry: A Royal Baby Story, the 54-year-old did not hold back while predicting her estranged sister’s parenting style.

“How many rooms in Frogmore? I can see them all being filled up with nannies,” she said, adding there would likely be a ‘butting of heads’ between the staff and Meghan.

She did concede that Meghan could potentially ‘learn and grow’ from the hypothetical scenario.

Not the first royal nanny

However it’s not unusual for royal households to have a nanny to help out with the kids.

Prince William and Kate Middleton hired Norland College nanny, Maria Teresa Turrion Borrallo, back in 2014 to help them with their three adorable children, Prince George, Princess Charlotte and Prince Louis.

She’s often pictured at the windows of Buckingham Palace caring for the royal tots.
