Nutritionist and chef Melissa Costello has created four weekly meal plans to help support your weight loss efforts on the Yoga For Weight Loss And Inner Happiness Plan. They focus on whole, unprocessed foods such as vegies, fruit, whole grains, lean proteins, legumes and healthy fats, all of which will help your body function at its best. They will also help you trim down and become healthy from the inside out. Feel free to be creative and come up with your own ideas, based on the foods you are allowed to eat. Do your best to stay on track and try to eat animal protein, including eggs, only once per day.
