It’s a very exciting time for Australian TV power couple Sylvia Jeffreys and Peter Stefanovic, who’ve announced they’re expecting their first child together.
Taking to Instagram on Monday evening, Peter shared a sweet snap of him and his wife, along with the caption, “Soon to be a family of three and we are rapt! Good thing I’m already match fit with the whole no sleep thing”.
In the photo, Peter held onto a card that read, “It’s a boy”, revealing the couple will be having a son.
Meanwhile Sylvia, 33, also shared a photo of the pair, and wrote: “We’re having a baby boy and we’re totally over the moon!!”
Sylvia tied the knot with Peter Stefanovic in 2017, in Kangaroo Valley in New South Wales.
At the end of last year it was announced they were both leaving Today, as well as Peter’s brother Karl Stefanovic as part of a shakeup of the panel.
Peter has gone on to land a hosting role on Sky News’ breakfast new program, while Sylvia has remained with Channel Nine.
As well as being a reporter on A Current Affair, she recently announced she’d be fronting the network’s Facebook Watch program.
