Pregnant Gypsy-Rose Blanchard Posts Ultrasound of ‘Sweet Baby Girl’ at 20 Weeks

"She is growing and measuring beautifully," said Blanchard in her latest pregnancy update

Gypsy-Rose Blanchard is ready for the arrival of her "sweet baby girl."

On Tuesday, Sept. 3, the expectant mother, 33, proudly shared her latest ultrasound in a joint Instagram post with her boyfriend, Ken Urker.

"Our sweet baby girl 💕for our 20 week ultrasound. She is growing and measuring beautifully. #pregnancy #babygirl #newmom," read the caption. The ultrasound image showed a close-up of the baby's head, arms, and hands.

In the comment section, Blanchard responded to a few of her follower's questions, confirming that her middle name is Alcida and that she's already begun to feel her baby's "little kicks."

"Yes, and it is a remarkable feeling 🩷," the soon-to-be mom wrote.

Over on her TikTok account, Blanchard also shared an additional ultrasound image of her baby's foot.

The Munchausen by proxy victim, who served eight years in prison for her role in the murder of her mother, Dee Dee Blanchard, spoke to PEOPLE about the type of mother she aspires to be.

"All the things that I wanted in a mother, I want to give to this baby. My mother told me I was never going to get married, raise a family, have kids or do any of that. So, to be here, standing on my own two feet and expecting my first baby, that's something I've reached as an achievement and a personal goal," she said shortly after announcing her pregnancy.

Blanchard added that she sees her pregnancy as a "second chance at life with a kid of my own."

"I want to be kind, that my kids come to me for any kind of advice, just like my stepmother [Kristy Blanchard]. I have seen how she has parented her children — and I think she's a kick-ass mom," she said.
