Designed in conjunction with top pelvic floor experts, there are six exercise programs to help you strengthen your pelvic floor.
Having a strong pelvic floor has been shown to increase not only the frequency, but also the quality of orgasms.
During orgasm your pelvic floor muscles contract involuntarily and rhythmically - so the stronger your pelvic floor is, the more intense your orgasms are.
The ability to control these contractions can also increase sensation for a partner.

The machine is wireless and links to an app via WiFi.
All you have to do is open the app, select a program, and start playing.
Sensors on the machine feel when you're contracting your pelvic floor, so you can play the games in sync with the app.
