Playboy Model Ariane Bellamar Dead at 46—What We Know

Ariane Bellamar, best known for her modeling work with Playboy over the years, passed away late last year at the age of 46.

According to a GoFundMe page launched in January to help cover funeral expenses, Bellamar died unexpectedly on Dec. 20, 2024, though her death was not widely reported until February.

The Office of the Coroner/Medical Examiner for Nevada's Clark County confirmed that it had received a report of death for the model to TMZ, but as the coroner did not have jurisdiction over her case, the office was unable to provide additional details.

Here's what we know about Bellamar's cause of death.

It's unclear if an autopsy was performed or what entity, if any, was in charge of investigating the model's sudden death, but, according to her ex-husband, Tanner Slaught, Bellamar died "from a heart attack."

"While this unbelievable news is shocking because she was only 46, I can assure you that I have verified this truth," he wrote.

Slaught, the father of Bellamar's two daughters, shared the link to his fundraiser on Facebook, telling the model's followers, "Her extremely early departure from this world has caught everyone off guard and we were not prepared for this."

With the fundraiser, he hoped "to provide Ariane, and [their] daughters, with a respectful ceremony for grieving their lost mother as a platform to start the healing process."

In addition to modeling, Bellamar had a handful of small, uncredited roles in films like Suicide Squad and The Hangover Part III. She also appeared on The Millionaire Matchmaker, Beverly Hills Nannies, and served as a celebrity guest on an episode of Gordon Ramsay's Hotel Hell.
