PEOPLE editors are constantly trying out new products to feature in our weekly beauty pages and to highlight online, and our vanities and medicine cabinets are overflowing to prove it. But for a few months every year, our bathrooms are positively bursting with brand-new beauty items for our intensive beauty awards testing routine.

We spent weeks spraying and swatching, blending and buffing hundreds of products to find the standouts worth adding to your routine. And since it’s our 10th(!) year of beauty awards, we’re introducing a “Hall of Fame” to recognize some longtime MVPs too.
