Pamela Anderson may be in the midst of a career renaissance, but it seems that her traumatic history is still being brought up. Her relationship with Mötley Crüe drummer Tommy Lee may have ended almost 30 years ago, but apparently, people just can't stop asking her about it.

"Forgive me — is Brandon's dad Tommy?" Andy Cohen asked her during a recent interview. "Both of them are. Same father," Anderson responded, referring to Brandon as well as her younger son, Dylan.

Cohen went on to ask Anderson about her current relationship with Lee. "I mean, we used to talk a lot more," she replied. "Not recently, unfortunately, but you know, I wish we did have a better rapport right now."

She went on: "My youngest son is engaged and we're gonna have grandkids together. It'll be okay, eventually. It's just kind of a moment right now."

After tying the knot with Lee in 1995, their marriage unraveled after a private sex tape was leaked. The infamous sex tape scandal left Anderson feeling traumatized. As she told Glamour, it was the final straw that made her rethink her marriage. "What saved my life—and you never want to put this on your kids—were my boys,” she said. “I had to be strong for my boys. And I also had to leave Tommy for my boys. And even though I married other people and I did other things, my intention was to create a family for them." The entire saga was fictionalized in the TV biopic Pam & Tommy starring Lily James.

Since then, it seems that Anderson has well and truly moved on, calling the relationship "just a funny moment" while speaking to The Hollywood Reporter.

Anderson may not be on great terms with their father, but she does have a very close relationship with her two sons. In fact, her elder son, Brandon, manages the family's business affairs. He was the one who made sure she received the script for The Last Showgirl, which has been credited with giving Anderson her "comeback" as an actress this year. As she told Entertainment Tonight, the project has helped her move on from her traumatic past: "Every time you do a project you're healing parts of yourself."
