When Sunny Hostin needs a hand, she can count on Pamela Anderson.
On January 10, the two women met when Pamela was a guest on The View. She was there to promote her critically acclaimed movie The Last Showgirl, and she got the chance to discuss the incredible experience she had making it with Sunny, Joy Behar, Sara Haines and Alyssa Farah Griffin. While Pamela was supposed to be star of the day, the focus shifted Sunny's way about halfway through the interview for a reason she didn't expect.
In the middle of Pamela sharing how she saw parts of herself while portraying her character Shelly Gardner, she noticed Sunny's shoulder-baring top begin to slip down her arm. When Sunny's bra strap peeked through on camera, Pamela subtly stopped the interview to help the host fix the garment. Catching her off guard, Sunny was grateful to Pamela for helping her out during her unforeseen wardrobe malfunction on daytime television.
"Thank you!" Sunny expressed her gratitude to Pamela in a video posted on YouTube. "See? She's a girl girl!"
When folks caught the kind gesture from Pamela in the middle of her time in the spotlight, many praised her for helping a girl out in her time of need.
"Pamela seems like a genuine sweetheart. Love that she has made a come back!" one person wrote in the comments. "She’s so beautiful inside out," another declared. "Pamela is absolutely incredible!!!! ❤️," a different viewer added.
We love seeing women helping women! And Sunny didn't just share how grateful she was for Pamela's help with her clothes. Since the former model and Sonsie skincare owner is now famous for going bare-faced for public events, Sunny praised her for being confident in her own skin.
"You look beautiful," Sunny told Pamela. "I'll be 57 this year as well, so thank you for doing it so gracefully."
