P.F. Chang’s has long been synonymous with a good feast. Remember last year’s holiday menu with the unforgettable flaming filet mignon wontons? No special occasion is required to dive into its famous dishes like Chang’s Lettuce Wraps and Dynamite Shrimp, but the restaurant is now offering something new worth celebrating.

For the first time in its more-than-30-year history, P.F. Chang’s is serving up fried chicken—and not just one type. The new menu introduces three varieties of Asian-inspired crispy goodness, just in time for the holidays.

P.F. Chang's New Golden Feast

Inspired by the South Korean tradition of Soseol, the first snowfall feast celebrates renewal, connection, and romance. Friends and family gather for fried chicken paired with Champagne, symbolizing new beginnings. If you’re a fan of K-dramas, you might know the superstition: sharing the first snow together could mean a crush will blossom into true love. And trust us—we’re crushing on these new menu options.

The Golden Feast pairs fried chicken with an array of sauces and optional drinks like Champagne, prosecco, or beer. Korean fried chicken (KFC) is known for its double-frying method, resulting in juicy meat with an extra-crispy coating. At P.F. Chang’s, KFC is offered bone-in (three- or six-piece servings) or boneless (four- to 10-piece servings). You can choose to have your chicken dusted in five-spice or coated in a traditional sweet-and-spicy Korean-style sauce.

While KFC might be the star for Soseol, the Golden Feast has other mouthwatering options, like Taiwanese Popcorn Chicken. These lightly battered cubes of chicken thigh are tossed with aromatic five-spice seasoning, fried basil leaves, and roasted guajillo chile.

The KFC is served in gold-colored buckets for a hint of opulence, while the Taiwanese Popcorn Chicken arrives in golden bowls. A curated flight of sauces accompanies the meal, including sweet soy glaze, dynamite, hot honey, and chile crisp. Quick-pickled cucumbers and onions are also included to refresh the palate.

“As we unveil our new fried chicken menu, we’re thrilled to honor this timeless South Korean tradition and share a sense of celebration with our guests,” said Candice Barnett, a spokesperson for P.F. Chang’s. “By embracing these traditions, we’re not only expanding our culinary offerings but also deepening the experience of global culture and flavors that P.F. Chang’s is known for.”

The Golden Feast is now available at all P.F. Chang’s locations nationwide, except in Puerto Rico and airport locations.
