Ocean Spray Has a New Snack That’s Only Available at Walmart—and I’ll Be Devouring It by the Bag

These days, when I hear about a new snack, it’s pretty much a given that I’m going to try it at least once. Then, when I find a favorite—like the new Kar’s Nuts trail mixes with M&M’s or Sam’s Club’s Snack Factory Pumpkin Spice White Crème Pretzel Crisps—I can’t help but stock up on as many bags or boxes as I can get my hands on.

From my two current snack fixations, it’s clear that I’m a big fan of sweet and salty snacks—they’re the best of both worlds. So, when I learned about Ocean Spray’s new sweet and savory snack coming to Walmart stores, I couldn’t stop my mouth from watering.

Ocean Spray Launches New S'mores Cranberry Mix

Ocean Spray is adding to its snack mix lineup, which has previously only included a Blueberry Crisp Cranberry mix, with its new S’mores Dipped Cranberry Mix. The candy-coated dried cranberry mix brings the nostalgic flavors of gooey, melty s’mores to an on-the-go snack mix.

The mix features Craisins with a marshmallow-flavored coating, chocolate-covered Craisins, and honey graham pie chips that, when eaten together, taste just like the sweet campfire snack, with a tangy cranberry finish. You might recall Ocean Spray used to sell S’mores Cranberry Bites that were coated in marshmallow-flavored Greek yogurt; the brand has revamped its recipe for the new Dipped Cranberry Mix.

Ocean Spray’s S’mores mix can be eaten as-is or be used as a topping or added to other recipes—like your morning oatmeal, cookies, ice cream, and popcorn. With summer slowly slipping away, there’s no better time to grab the new snack and indulge in the last few sweet tastes of the beloved summer treat.

Ocean Spray’s S’mores Dipped Cranberry Mix will be available in stores exclusively at Walmart beginning September 9 and online via Amazon, while supplies last. So, if you see me at Walmart adding five bags to my buggy on the 9th... no, you don't.
