Nicole Kidman and Salma Hayek Embrace at Golden Globes Months After Feud Rumors Were Shut Down
The two women smiled together on the red carpet at The Beverly Hilton, three months after a source shut down rumors of a feud between them
There's no evidence of any bad blood between Nicole Kidman and Salma Hayek!
Three months after a source shut down rumors of a feud between the two actresses to PEOPLE, they got together on the red carpet at the 2025 Golden Globes on Sunday, Jan. 5, looking excited to see one another as they chatted and embraced.
Kidman, who was nominated for her performance in Babygirl, wore a sparkling twisted backless one-shoulder custom Balenciaga dress with a gorgeous train made in crystal-rhinestone-embroidered mesh. She accessorized with the brand's Knife 110mm Pump in cream satin and Boucheron jewels.
The actress, 57, wore her hair teased into a huge high ponytail that was pulled back off her face. Her husband, Keith Urban, accompanied her to the show.

Hayek, meanwhile, went vampy in a sequin-covered, low-cut maroon gown that nipped in at the waist to show off her curves and flared out into a dramatic train.
The Eternals actress, 58, paired it with over 300 carats of Colombian emeralds from Lorraine Schwartz (including a necklace, earrings and ring) and wore smoky eyeshadow. She also wore her hair in a perfectly tousled half updo, and even embraced a few gray hairs around her hairline.
Kidman and Hayek went viral in October 2024 for what appeared to be tension captured on video, but a source told PEOPLE exclusively that the incident had been misconstrued.
"They were being bombarded by cameras at the end of the show while in the middle of a conversation," the insider said. "People are looking at clips and making a story out of nothing."

In the video, the actresses and Katy Perry posed for photos. Hayek put an arm across Kidman’s body to seemingly position her so she’s facing the photographers. That’s when Kidman removed Hayek’s hand from her arm, turned away from her to hug Perry, 40, then exchanged a few words with Hayek. Eventually, Kidman walked out of the frame as Hayek and Perry continued to take photos.
Another clip showed the two stars smiling together and Kidman rubbing Hayek’s shoulder. Hayek also posted her own carousel from the event on Instagram, including a photo alongside Kidman.
A source close to both women also told PEOPLE, "This whole situation is silly. Salma and Nicole love and respect each other."
