Justin Long and Kate Bosworth — who co-starred in both “Barbarian” and “House of Darkness” — are set to reunite for their first film since tying the knot last year.
The newlyweds will star in survival thriller “Coyote,” following a family fighting for their lives against a pack of crazed coyotes during a raging wildfire in the Hollywood Hills.

The film — which was announced by Capstone Studios’ CEO Christian Mercuri — will be directed by Colin Minihan (“What Keeps You Alive,” Grave Encounters”) from a story by Daniel Meersand and Nick Simon (“The Pyramid,” “The Girl in the Photographs”) and Tad Daggerhart (“The Expendables 4,” “Black Lotus), with the script by Daggerhart and Simon.
Nathan Klingher (“Land of Bad”) and Ford Corbett will produce for Gramercy Park, along with James Harris (“Fall”) of Teashop Productions and Jib Polhemus (“Old Guy”) of Source Management. Capstone’s Roman Viaris and Ruzanna Kegeyan are executive producers alongside Jason Carpenter, Adam Mirels, Robbie Mirels, Tyler Gould, Michael Sklut, Nick Simon, Tad Daggerhart and Jijo Reed, plus Long and Bosworth.
“We are thrilled to be collaborating with Gramercy Park on this electrifying tale of a family facing dual threats from the firestorm threatening to engulf their home and a pack of hungry coyotes caught up in the maelstrom,” said Kegeyan. “We know that Justin and Kate are perfectly matched to bring this riveting tale to life.”
Added Klingher: “We are elated to have Capstone on board to help us bring this incredible tale to audiences worldwide. With Colin Minihan directing such sympathetic actors as Justin and Kate, and a tautly paced script from Tad and Nick, we are certain that the film will be a real nail biter experience for viewers.”
Long is repped by Independent Artist Group and Yorn, Levine, Barnes, Krintzman, Rubenstein, Kohner, Endlich, Goodell & Gellman; Bosworth is repped by Independent Artist Group, Two Management, 2PM Sharp and Yornes Barnes Levine; Daggerhart is represented by David Laffey of McGuffin Management and attorney Jared Bloch; and Nick Simon is represented by Jonathan Shikora and Kailey Marsh.
