Shane Warne is going all out to make Elizabeth Hurley's trip official.

After meeting her Aussie lover's parents, it was time for Liz to meet and know Warnie's kids.

And that's exactly what happened yesterday afternoon at Shane's Brighton mansion in Melbourne - his children, Summer, Jackson and Brooke finally met and spent time with the English actress and model who's transformed their father into an excited teenager.

After Liz arrived on Feb 8 - the pair first spent a straight 40 hours locked in the palace before opening up to family and visitors.

The pair finally ventured out of the mansion to have lunch even as his post on Twitter posed a question to his followers: "Where is the sexiest place to take Elizabeth for lunch ? Suggestions please ? Chapel St ? Crown ? And no -- not for spaghetti on toast !!!"

The chosen place was Capital Golf Club to enjoy a luxury lunch and also fulfill Liz's wish of seeing the local wildlife - the club's sanctuary homes animals such as kookaburras, wallabies, wild geese and emus.

The model-and actress – who rekindled her romance with the Australian cricketer last month – was introduced to Shane’s mother and father, Keith and Bridgette, at his Melbourne home on Wednesday.

The meeting seemed to go well as Brigitte was spotted with a huge smile on her face as she left her son’s home, suggesting she approved of his new girlfriend.

Elizabeth – who parted ways with Shane in December after it emerged the sportsman had been sending lewd text messages to another woman while he was romancing the 45-year-old star – flew into Melbourne two days ago to be reunited with her lover after spending a couple of weeks apart.

While Elizabeth has been introduced to Shane’s parents and kids now, the Austin Powers… actress is keen for Shane to meet a very important individual in her life – her pet parrot Ping Pong.

Addressing the sportsman, she wrote on her twitter page: "@warne888 Ping Pong would love to peck you-you'd be her first blonde. (sic)"

Shane believes he will bond well with the bird - who is actually female - and laughed off the 'Bedazzled' star's comment.

He tweeted in response: "I think ping pong would like me so he wouldn't peck me.
"I think i want to hear more about ping pong ! Is he sweet ? Has he spoken yet or still sussing you out and pecking u ? (sic)"

Elizabeth - who has eight-year-old son Damian with former boyfriend Steve Bing - announced in December she had split from husband Arun Nayar "several months ago" after she was romantically linked with Shane, who she first met last July.
