Reese Witherspoon says her body isn't 'bouncing back'

Reese Witherspoon has admitted her body isn't bouncing back post-baby.

The 36-year-old actress gave birth to her third child, Tennessee James, in September, and revealed that her body is taking time to get back in shape.

Although she stepped out looking slim and sexy in a black dress, Witherspoon told Extra at the Beverly Hills March of Dimes Celebrates Babies event:

"I don't know if I'm bouncing back. I'm slowly crawling back."

She added: "You know all of your joints feel wobbly and your head is sort of confused."

Her post-baby brain is so confused, she said:

"I couldn't remember, the other day, what you call that thing that keeps the food cold.

"It was the refrigerator. I couldn't remember the name of it!"

Yet the mum of three says she is going easy on herself, explaining:

"You just have to be gentle and patient with yourself and just sort of you know… slowly get back to your health."

She also opened up about two-month old Tennessee, telling Extra: "He’s great, he’s wonderful, healthy, happy, so great."
