Kardashian mum in facelift lawsuit

Kris Jenner is being sued by a cosmetics company for breach of contract over her highly publicised facelift, which she underwent in preparation for daughter Kim's wedding to Kris Humphries.

The head of the Kardashian empire was paid by B&P Company to promote their product Frownies in 2011, but they claim that after signing the contract Kris got a facelift, breaching their agreement.

Despite Kris’s facelift being shown on E!'s Keeping Up With the Kardashians, the Kardashian matriarch has struck back at the lawsuit filed in federal court in Ohio claiming that the company used “rumours published on the Internet,” about her facelift in a bid to get out of the contract after the company fell into financial difficulty.

She is asking for damages and legal fees in addition to the right to hold onto her advance of $305,000.
