The Project host Carrie Bickmore has announced she is expecting a child with partner Chris Walker.

The 33-year-old presenter revealed the news live on air, saying, “Speaking of babies, I have some news for you, I am having a baby.”

“My boyfriend Chris and I are expecting a baby next year,” she added.

Carrie, who is already a mum to seven-year-old son Oliver from her first marriage to Greg Lange, who passed away in 2010 following a long battle with cancer.

The Gold Logie nominee said that the morning sickness had already kicked in and added that she was both “petrified” and “excited”.
