Helen Mirren looks relaxed and happy in photos that have surfaced this week of her holiday to the island of Ischia, off the coast of Italy.

The 69-year old was mixing business with pleasure on Thursday, first sunbathing on a beach in a simple lavender one-piece, before appearing at the Ischia Global Film & Music Fest that night with her husband Taylor Hackford.
Beachside photos show the Oscar-winner soaking up the warm weather on a sun lounger, while sipping a glass of water and looking generally relaxed -- a well-earned break after finishing her Broadway show The Audience in June.
Later that evening, Helen glowed alongside husband Taylor, soaking up the atmosphere at the Ischia Global Film & Music Fest.

Helen has appeared throughout the week at the festival, catching up with fellow actor Antonio Banderas on Tuesday evening.
