The whispers started in the playground.
Surrounded by her son's school friends, Madison Ashton abruptly realised the teenagers had recognised her. Not as a classmate's mother, but as a high-class escort and porn star.

"The boys were swarming around me, and I could hear them mentioning my work name under their breath," says outspoken Madison, notorious for being the former mistress of the late billionaire Richard Pratt.
"Unfortunately, they'd been online and obviously knew just who I was."

Worried that 13-year-old Xavier might be targeted by bullies, the feisty solo mother-of- two sat down for a frank, up-front discussion.
"I asked what was going on and he said a few boys had told him: 'Hey, your mum's a prostitute.' But he didn't take any notice. He just went back to playing handball, because he thought they were d**kheads anyway."
Madison smiles at the recollection, joking that it's difficult to move her face too much because of all the Botox.

"I was totally blown away by how brave and mature Xavier is. Then he said: 'Anyway, Mum, this is an inappropriate conversation,' and ran off!
"He's so cute. He has no real concept of sex. All I say is that I go to work and I can't discuss it in detail, because it's adult services."
