Why is this a good deal?💰

Right now, the LiBa self-massager is at the lowest price we've seen since fall, making this a steal. Plus, getting a massager is investing in yourself and your well-being — and it's certainly a lot cheaper than visiting a masseuse.

Why do I need this? 🤔

The LiBa self-massager features a unique design to help you target muscles in your back, neck and shoulders without assistance. The tool has different nodes and curves you can use to hit the right spot, depending on the area that needs relief.

A nice perk: This massager weighs less than a pound, so you don't have to worry about your arms getting tired while you use it. It also features a comfortable grip, making it easy to handle even for longer periods.

The LiBa is BPA-free and hypoallergenic, and it's made from a strong fiberglass-infused material that will resist snapping when you really dig in. We put the massager to the test too — check out our review here.

What reviewers say 💬

An army of Amazon shoppers swears the LiBa has helped relieve their muscle soreness and pain. Even therapists recommend it.

Pros 👍

"As a physical therapist, I recommend this [therapy cane] so often," wrote a five-star reviewer. "This device is helpful for relieving trigger point knots while maintaining good body ergonomics and without exerting a ton of force. ... This helps you to relax while you're also kneading into those tight spots in your shoulders, back, and anywhere. It has various knobbies so that you can use the larger curve for your shoulders and back, and the smaller curve for your biceps, triceps and feet. ... As well as a middle knob to dig into your IT band, quadricep and side body."

"No pain with this cane!" shared a happy user. "I have fibromyalgia along with other issues that affect my back mainly. This cane helps me apply pressure to the trigger points in my back and neck. I use the little balls on the end to melt away the tension. The cane lets you apply the amount of pressure that you need and can handle. ... Afterwards, I feel so much relief. This cane is worth every penny and then some. I just wish I'd discovered it years ago!"

This thorough fan shared: "This is amazing at working out knots! I deal with chronic pain after a shoulder injury. A lot of that pain comes from muscle knots around my shoulder blade and the top of the shoulder. I've tried to get my husband to massage trouble spots, but he has trouble finding the right spots and applying enough pressure. ... This thing is an absolute blessing! The specially shaped hooks and strategically placed knobs make it so easy for me to work out the knots by myself by applying just the right amount of pressure at just the right angles. The rounded knobs ... give targeted pressure, but they're not too small to be painful. ... I recommend it to anybody, especially those dealing with chronic pain. But I also use it on daily aches and pains, like sore calves from standing all day, or my stiff neck from looking at a computer screen."

A pleased buyer gave this device top marks for being easy to use. "My massage therapist recommended this to me," they said. "He gave me a few simple instructions, but my favorite part is that this came with step-by-step picture instructions. Very easy for me to understand, operate and refer back to. I don't have to remember each technique because I can always refer back to the instructions."

Cons 👎

This massager comes in two pieces. As one reviewer wrote, "I bought this thinking it was one piece and was annoyed when I saw that it was two pieces. However, it is quite sturdy once connected, and I haven't had any trouble with it."

"Incredible tool with one small caveat," noted another fan. "The two parts are difficult to separate once put together, inhibiting my ability to travel with it. I haven't actually been able to separate them since putting the two sections together. Besides that, the massager is a lifesaver."

This handy tool is specially designed to hit all those hard-to-reach places.

While you're at it, why not treat your skin too?

If you're hunting for a soft massager, add this to your cart. The silicone nodes gently boost circulation and stimulate skin cells to produce more collagen — an essential component for firm, youthful skin.

"I have lymphedema/lipedema and have done dry brushing for a few years. My PT told me about this product and uses it for my therapy. I purchased one for my home care and love it! So easy to use, and it really moves the skin gently and is perfect for the care of my skin," a reviewer wrote.
