Meghan Markle's daring look: See-through skirt or optical illusion?

Going out with a real bang for the final day of the royal tour, Meghan Markle has had several outfit changes.

But surely the Duchess of Sussex was not intending for what could be seen as a wardrobe malfunction when her blue skirt, worn during a public walkabout in New Zealand’s Rotorua, appeared to reveal more than expected.

Meghan’s Givency bespoke navy pleated skirt could be made of a slightly see-through fabric as these pictures have revealed, or it could just be some lighting playing tricks on our eyes.

The 37-year-old teamed the skirt with a navy crew neck blouse from the same designer label, and completed her look with a pair of Manolo Blahnik BB pumps in a navy suede.

Meghan wore the same outfit when she and Prince Harry visited the Rainbow Springs Kiwi Breeding programme.

Earlier in the day the Duke and Duchess visited Te Papaiouru Marae, for aformal pōwhiri and luncheon in their honour.

Meghan dazzled in a $3,873 Stella McCartney midi dress and a necklace from Kiwi designer Kiri Nathan.

It’s been a very busy 16-day tour for the royal couple, who’ve made appearances in Australia coinciding with the Invictus Games, as well as Fiji, Tonga and finally New Zealand.
